No, we only market books we publish and per the contract with the author/s we have agreed to sell.
Do you sell books on credit?
Yes we do, but it depends on whom we will be providing the books to on credit. A lot of factors are considered before giving out books on credit.How can I become an author for Winmat Publishers Limited?
You must have a manuscript that responds to some need, be it a school curriculum or an interest and must be prepared to work with us to develop it into an excellent book.
Is my royalty transferable?
Yes, your next of kin as indicated in the contract can take over your royalties.
What is the remuneration for authors when manuscripts are published?
Authors can choose either:
- Outright payment
- Receive royalties as and when books are sold
What type of manuscripts do you accept for publication?
We accept good manuscripts that are written to fill a need, for example:
- Textbooks that conform to the curriculum.
- Non-fiction that answers a need.
- Interesting fiction.
Who are your target audience?
Schools (Kindergarten to Tertiary), children, the youth and the old. Anyone who loves reading and wants to learn, be inspired, encouraged and educated.
Who holds/retains the copyright to the published books?
The author(s) own the copyright to the text only.
